If the Buyer chooses to cancel the job, Soply cannot guarantee that the deposit will be refunded in full. Soply is entitled to a 15% cancellation fee. A refund of the remaining deposit may be discussed with the Creative Freelancer. If an agreement is made, Soply will oversee the refund. It is the client’s own responsibility to get in contact with the freelancer and come to an agreement whether or not they will get the deposit (-15%) refunded.
